«Building the Future of Skills in the Tourism Sector: A European Approach to Micro-credentials»
On December 12, 2024, representatives, institutions, professionals, employees and employers in the tourism sector as well as the educational community came together in Nicosia to shape the future of skills development in the tourism sector. Hosted by Eurosuccess and NCCI as part of the Erasmus+ European Project “Microidea,” our one-day event, “Building the Future of Skills in the Tourism Sector: A European Approach to Micro-credentials,” was a resounding success.
The conference explored the transformative role of micro-credentials in modern education and employment, particularly in the dynamic tourism industry. Through insightful discussions, expert presentations, and interactive roundtable, participants gained valuable perspectives on how micro-credentials can bridge skills gaps, enhance workforce readiness, and drive innovation across Europe.
Here you can find the program of the conference with the key speakers, the presentations, a gallery with photos and on our channel on youtube the recording of the webinar and the video.
